Staff were very nice. Unfortunately room had odd odor , walls were peeling, floor boards were lifting off and the bath tub was gross. Overall would not recommend unless absolutely necessary. The whole room made me feel dirty.

They did not have complimentary breakfast. False advertisement. I wish the hotel would of told us ahead of time. That's the main reason i booked this place. I have a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights. So anytime i can save some money on food i take advantage. But not here. So i wouldn't book.

The air conditioning did work great! We had a couple of really warm days and needed to use it. The staff here is always great, very friendly and always always willing to help me. I have mentioned many of the staff members before in review of this property. Juan and Mariah at the front desk always remember my name and my room number since I’ve been here long-term. Everyone everyone does a great job here!

The room was good, and the staff was good too. But the main reason we chose this hotel vs. others was the breakfast option. When we reached, we found that the breakfast was just one bagel and one cup of coffee. So disappointing for the kids.

The room was comfortable; however, it is very noisy since it is near the freeway. The hallways were dirty as it seems there are homeless people staying there and leaving a lot of trash. The elevator was not working. We saw few employees around, but they don´t acknowledge the customers. There is a lot of things that could improve: cleanliness, courtesy, and if windows could be replace with ticker glass to avoid all the noise. I don´t thing I will consider staying there again,

The room was clean. The hotel breakfast didn't start till 7 which was too late for me to join and seems late in general. They happily delivered pillows to my room when i called the front desk. I can't tell if it used to be a bad hotel that theyre making nice again or if it was a nice hotel thats becoming bad as the people standing outside the rooms looked unsavory but there would be an escalade parked in the parking lot. It was confusing.

We have stayed at this property regularly for several years to visit family. It has been clean, safe, convenient and pet friendly. This time, however, the clientele was much rougher, the trash cans were overflowing, people were in the walkways at two in the morning, talking and knocking on doors. Not the family friendly place we know and love. I plan to talk to the manager when she is available. But I would be careful about booking here, especially during the weekdays.

Neighbors were so noisy the entire time we were there. Pretty sure some of them LIVED at the hotel. We saw into some of the peoples rooms and they had decorations and furniture in them that were definitely not hotel fixtures. Drug deals went down in the parking lot. Dogs from upstairs were going crazy at ungodly hours of the night. At 7:30 am one of them started blasting reggaeton music at full volume. Tv was broken, The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though, so props to the cleaning staf
