"Love my stay at this small hotel in the beautiful town of Orvieto. I had a room on the third floor with a small window that overlooked the quaint street below. Service was always offered with a smile and the location was perfect."

"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were charging me 1 night like I had no booking! I got a message from Luigi more than 24hrs after one of my messages saying they waited for me til midnight! But then they were charging me like a walk in guest. Anyway… not what I was expecting. Try their wines! Il marrugio rocks in that."

"The staff was super helpful. Even for reserving taxi services. They helped us bridge the language gap with our driver. Told us the sites that we must see in Orvieto. And our room - #503 is fantastic! 2 balconies with panoramic views. Amazing! Can't say enough. Breakfast was good, too. "
