"A somewhat big area, poorly maintained, my chalet was in bad shape, small and built with inferior material (Have photos to prove). On top of all that, it costs more in dollars than a good Disney Hotel such as Dolphin for example. This is a typical trap for uninformed tourist such as me. That being said, the region is amazing, full of nice places to stay and good food. Just avoid this place and you will be good to go."

"This used to be a better hotel but looks like that now they are not maintaining it to well. The shower hot water would be cold at times and I would have to be adjusting the faucets to get it to the ideal temperature, dead roaches found in the room and by the entrance door, elevators in poor conditions.
