I regret to say that my stay was not enjoyable. Traveling alone from the United States with three pieces of luggage, I found it challenging to manage without assistance. The front desk staff simply instructed me to take my bags upstairs myself, and the elevator was too small to accommodate all my luggage. Additionally, the room did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. The lack of help with my bags was a significant inconvenience.

Quarto bom, cama boa, mas o chuveiro péssimo, parecia que nem saía água, descepcionante. Não sei se era apenas o meu quarto, mas precisam melhorar. O café da manhã estava ótimo e as funcionárias super educadas e prestativas.

Confesso que sempre tive certo preconceito com a rede Ibis, mas esta hospedagem mudou completamente a minha percepção. O Ibis Vitória da Conquista superou todas as minhas expectativas. O hotel possui um ambiente elegante, confortável e com um design atemporal e contemporâneo. Os quartos são muito bem cuidados, confortáveis e proporcionam uma excelente noite de descanso. O atendimento da equipe foi impecável do início ao fim, sempre com cordialidade, simpatia e profissionalismo. O café da manhã merece destaque pela variedade e qualidade, com um buffet muito bem servido. O hotel ainda conta com bar e adega, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável. Se pudesse sugerir apenas uma melhoria, seria a inclusão de uma piscina, pois tornaria a experiência ainda mais completa. Sem dúvida, voltarei a me hospedar nesta unidade e a recomendo para quem busca conforto, excelente atendimento e uma hospedagem de alto nível.

Equipe solícita, estava com um bebê e me ofereceram banheira e esquentaram a comida dele sem problemas. Apenas incomodou o fato de ter formigas, justamente na cama reservada para o bebê. Acabou dormindo na cama com a gente.

Sempre procurei me hospedar em hoteis da rede Accor. No Ibis Vitoria da Conquista já havia me hospedado em outra oportunidade. Dessa vez foi decepcionante. Quarto barulhento. O colchão extremamente duro. Ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente. Travesseiros ruins, duros. Toalhas ruins, ásperas. Chuveiro razoavel, pouca água. Salvou o café da manhã, que estava muito bom com muita variedade e qualidade dos produtos. Atendimento da recepção ok. Ao fazer chek out, queriam me cobrar café da manhã que eu ja havia pago junto com a diária, foi um uma situação desconfortável. Tive que comprovar com meu voucher de reserva e enviar print para resolver o problema, realmente uma situação incomum de falha de sistema. Enfim, no geral, não foi a melhor estada que tive nesse hotel.
