  • Apartment 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms, large living room with 2 environments (dining and living), balcony, kitchen with fridge and stove , service area.
    The apartment is on Morro beach 200 meters from the sand and overlooking the sea. It is very close to everything, near the fair, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, 4 seasons hotel, beauty salon.
    Garage for 1 car.

    Elevator.
    Note: The building is currently under renovation of the facade. We do not provide bed and bath linen.

Apartamento grande, porém abafado. Mas possui ventiladores de teto sendo necessário utilizá-los com frequência. Muito perto da praia e do comércio. Cheguei antes do horário de check-in então a limpeza não tinha sido realizada mas não me importei. Muito bem equipado para quem quer de fato curtir a praia e não ficar dentro de casa. Muito bom. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Localização muito boa, funcionários do prédio muito educados e atenciosos. O apartamento é bem simples e um pouco antigo, tem um quarto com uma cama de casal, outro com dois beliches, um banheiro social pequeno (a porta do box está com problema), o terceiro quarto é o que seria uma dependência de empregada ( pequeno com uma bi-cama e um banheiro que não possui box no chuveiro). A garagem é de fácil acesso, atualmente estão reformando a fachada do prédio e a varanda está impossibilitada de usar.

O apartamento é ótimo. As camas são confortáveis. A comunicação com a proprietária foi precisa! Os porteiros e a zeladora do prédio são muito educados e prestativos. A localização não podia ser melhor. Menos de 5 min da praia, supermercardo, lojas e etc. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.
