Staff was rude - during breakfast they were recording social media content while we were trying to have breakfast, we asked not to be recorded, they kept recording anyway! Rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable and it smelled like mold. We had a really bad experience here.

Inicialmente, no check in, fui abordada de forma exageradamente enfática, debochada e um tanto grosseira pelo sr. Wellinton da recepção porque perguntei sobre a nova portaria do ministério do turismo. Achei os quartos bons, mas as toalhas eram péssimas. Não há acessibilidade nas áreas comuns (e o quarto que eu fiquei não era acessível). O café da manhã era abaixo da média, itens sem sabor, ovo parecia uma massa de farinha de trigo. Perguntei a atendente se haveria possibilidade de fritar um ovo, ela me disse que sim, mediante uma taxa adicional. Assim, um hotel que cobra de diária mais de 550 reais (isso porque foi no hoteis.com) deveria dar o mínimo de conforto, acessibilidade e cortesia aos hospedes. Em relação aos outros funcionários foram muito solícitos. Enfim, eu não voltaria a me hospedar no tulip Inn Vila Velha.

O quarto estava em boas condições, porém, o quarto muito pequeno pois estávamos em 3 (eu,esposa e filho), mesmo se tivesse sozinho já seria um quarto super pequeno e apertado imagina 3 pessoas. O café da manha (quando pesquisei muitas pessoas falavam bem) tem o básico e nada demais, pelo contrário, faltava opções de pães, um bolo que experimentei estava com gosto azedo, só tinha manteiga, sem opção de requeijão ou geleias,etc. A pior parte é, e bom deixar claro (não achei essa informação nas pesquisas),o estacionamento é pago sendo 30 reais a diária, achei um valor considerável já que o hotel não é barato e anuncia que tem estacionamento para hóspede.Nao tem área de lazer como piscina ou academia, enfim, hotel básico para pernoitar, passou de um dia de estadia, já começa a incomadar bastante.
