It is necessary to send the data of all guests with full name + document, 24 hours before check-in, so that the stay in the condominium can be registered. Note: we do not allow smoking inside our accommodation.

The Studio is located on the 7th floor, which allows a good breathtaking view of the city, mountain and area, in addition to the incredible ventilation that the location provides. The Studio underwent a recent renovation, where it was planned for holiday rentals, from the Simons Hotel line mattresses, to the smallest details of the decoration, to offer the hotel experience, without losing the independence of a holiday rental.

I keep in touch with guests from the beginning of the reservation, until the moment of checkout, for assistance with the accommodation and region. I have a team prepared to meet any demand that may arise during your stay.
