Staff isn’t professional. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are very dirty with mildew everywhere. Bathroom door is disgusting. Over priced for sure. Staff needs to ask management for every question asked. I will never ever come back here. Ahhh, they charge extra for parking too.

Fiquei hospedado no hotel em casal e, infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante decepcionante. Check in e check out atendentes claramente perdidos nas informações básicas. Experiência ruim. O quarto, que era anunciado como “luxuoso”, não tem absolutamente nada de especial. Instalações simples, sem qualquer conforto diferenciado que justificasse o valor cobrado. Custo-benefício totalmente injustificável. Para completar, é um absurdo o hóspede ter que pagar à parte pelo estacionamento, algo que deveria ser básico em qualquer hospedagem dessa categoria. Não voltaria e não recomendo. Há opções muito melhores na mesma faixa de preço.

Super mau atendido no chek in, 2 funcionários muito desagradáveis, me colocaram um uma suíte, muito ruim, banheiro pequeníssimo,tampa do vaso com problema , ducha vazando, pessoal da limpeza especial, restaurante com atendimento vip, o restante dos funcionários muito educados, já me hospedei várias vz, sempre muito satisfeito, tirando está desagradável surpresa tudo ótimo. Uma sugestão, paguem um curso de simpatia e bom atendimento a estes dois funcionários.
