"I arrived during the off-season so it was relatively quiet, which meant I could choose any room which was unexpected—I stayed in the family room. The view from the balcony is great for breakfast in the morning. "Walk ability was ok. Had a tub that was difficult getting in and out, had mold growing on the grout. The shield to stop the water from splashing out of the shower was worthless and made it very difficult and dangerous. Pool was very shallow and we didn’t care for it. Breakfast was great but the restaurant didn’t serve any food, just coffee. But there are great places to eat around the hotel. "The staff here is amazing, they go out of their way to make your stay unique. The food is terrific, do not miss cheeseburger at beach front restaurant and EVERYTHING at the upstairs restaurant! Views of the sunset are amazing from pool, beach and upstairs restaurant, an event not to be missed (catch it everyday, it is almost guaranteed to be inspiring). Take advantage of the top notch Spa, perhaps one of the best massages I have had."

"Very cute hotel right on lungomare! It’s a small boutique hotel but has all amenities needed. You walk out and the beach is right across. Lots of restaurants downstairs as well, easy to walk around. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!"

"Check-in staff was helpful and outgoing. The night shift guy was not helpful when we tried informing him that our A/C in our room was not functioning correctly. He kept making excuses rather than moving us to another room and suggested we deal with it since we were only staying two nights. After being adamant about not staying another night in a hot room, we were provided another room which was upgraded and had a great AC unit. This was a nice gesture, just wish the hotel staff had been more considerate of our concerns initially. Otherwise, the hotel stay was great and in an amazing area. Check-out staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again and recommend to others!"

"The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area though the waves were a bit too powerful for me (might be the time of year)."

"Lovely place to stay - the staff were communicative and helpful, and our room was lovely. Some initial problems were taken care of promptly and they really have good advice about local places of interest as well. The location was perfect with lots to do nearby. We'd definitely stay there again"
