Our holiday home is located in the idyllic Harbshausen, a small district of the national park community of Vöhl, directly on the southern shore 300 metres above sea level high above the Edersee. The close proximity to Lake Edersee offers water lovers of all ages many opportunities for swimming, splashing, surfing, diving and water skiing. Harbshausen - "The gateway to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park" - is the ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists and has a very well-developed network of hiking and cycling trails. Shopping facilities, a doctor and dentist can be found in Vöhl, approx. 12 km away.

If you're looking for pure relaxation, then you've come to the right place! Our lovingly furnished holiday home, which was completely renovated from 2018 to 2019, offers everything you need for a great holiday. Whether on the covered south-facing terrace with wicker beach chair and barbecue in fine weather or in the open-plan living/cooking area, which with its Smart TV and WiFi leaves nothing to be desired even in bad weather - you'll feel at home here.
The counter of the kitchenette also invites you to linger longer inside. The identically furnished bedrooms both have a box-spring bed and a Smart TV with satellite connection - in case you don't want to get up. And there are also a variety of activities around the house. Off to the Kellerwald forest - whether by bike, in your hiking boots or for a swim - no problem.
