"Staff were excellent. Helpfull and polite. The restaurant menu was great as well as our dinner. If you like local beer Dirty Blonde beer was terrific. Although the weather was very cold and wet Inn was comfortable and friendly. It is also a short walk to grocery, drug stores and for a great cappaccino try Main & Mercy downtown"

"The staff was very very friendly, the breakfast was good the rooms were clean and quiet. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent with shopping and restaurants across the road. Will definitely be staying there again."

"Motel room was small. Queen bed with coffee maker and fridge but bathroom was minuscule and no counter space at all for toiletries. Would stay again but request a suite. Owner was more than helpful and helped us out with TV and heating unit. Don’t have any other accommodation in Lunenburg with which to compare it."

"The Homeport Motel is nothing fancy. A good clean motel. Located about 15 minutes from the main pier and shops and restaurants. Quiet with comfy beds. Tim Hortons and NSLC within walking distance. We would stay again."

"The staff were knowledgeable and helpful.Love the dispensers in the shower and also the extra pillow in the drawer of the dresser.The breakfast was great and set up well,staff was constantly checking to see if more was needed and made sure things were clean.Enjoyed our stay,will recommend it to everyone and will stay again! "This is a very quiet, peaceful and gorgeous place to stay. The views are incredible! As a person with a walking disability, I did find the back door step very difficult and was a bit disappointed that I could not access the water from the property. However, the beach access is just a 5 minute drive to the other side of the property. We are already planning another trip!"

"When booking through Expedia, we were not made aware that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. Air conditioner and fridge were great This is our third night stay in a hotel and we haven’t quite figured out the smart TVs, which was the case in this room as well. Also no security lock on the door which felt a little unsafe. There was a traveller in a room close by, actively smoking cigarettes throughout the night, and no front desk staff to call between the hours of 8 PM and morning, so the sign said The staff were helpful and friendly, and tried to accommodate best they could under the circumstances, but overall, I can’t recommend staying here."

"All in all, an excellent stay. From the very well appointed cabana to the extreme quiet (except for the wind in the trees and the birds), the top deck grill station, kitchen, dining and relaxing area. Comfortable king size bed and double outside showers added to the high end relax vibe."
