Bright and newly renovated 2- bedroom apartment with private veranda and beautiful fjord view — a quiet place with a short distance to the city center, nature and Høgskulen in Volda. Perfect for both holidays, work stays and visits. It is especially suitable for couples, single people who want plenty of space or two good friends who want to share the apartment and stay in each room.

The apartment is private and has a private veranda. The entrance hall is shared with the permanent residents on the 2nd floor and the hallway is shared with the landlord, who occasionally uses the hallway to get to the attic. Since this is an older detached house, common noises can occur between floors.

The apartment is private, but is located in a house with two apartments. The apartment has a separate porch, but the entrance, stairs and hallway are shared with the other residents of the house. We ask everyone to exercise regular consideration when parking and using shared access.

Parking: Free parking on the property. Please park in the designated space on the far left of the house so that the entry and exit is kept clear of the other occupants of the property. If you prefer a more spacious parking space, there is also free public parking 1-2 minutes walk by Fjordsyn care center (approx. 50 m) and by the municipal hall (approx. 250 m), about 4-7 minutes away.

The apartment is located in an older wooden house with two living units. As in many older houses, normal activity can occasionally be heard between floors. We ask everyone to show common consideration, and should anything be disturbing, just send me a message — I will gladly do what I can to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
