It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. Also, even though the room is paid in full before arrival they add an additional "Reservation Hold" of $150 euro on your Card, and after you leave the say to "contact your bank to cancel it". "Eine tolle ferienwohnung in leipzig. Stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Terasse im innenhof lässt auch raucher auf ihre kosten kommen. Lage und umgebung lässt einen erstmal nervös werden, das kann die Wohnung aber wieder ausgleichen. Die Straßen in der Umgebung sind leider sehr dreckig. Einmal hatten wir win Problem, dass das Codegesteuerte Türschloss nicht mehr funktionierte. Nach 2h hat uns die Vermietung zurückgerufen und geholfen.
