The staff were all lovely and everything was very clean and new throughout which was great.
We were disappointed with the facilities considering that this is marketed as 4 star hotel. This is a B&B with basic continental breakfast. If you are OK with that then I don't think you will be at all disappointed.
Don't expect a 4 star hotel though. Reception and front door are locked after 7pm and there were no hot drinks facilities in the rooms and just a very basic TV.

An amazing hotel in the middle of the old town. Ulrike was very welcoming and gave us fizz on arrival. room lovely - big comfy bed, coffee machine etc. very quiet. breakfast amazing. highly recommend
