Η οικία αποτελείται στο ισόγειο από σαλονό-κουζινό-τραπεζαρία και τζάκι.Στον δεύτερο όροφο αποτελείται από 3 μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια τα 2 εκ τον οποίων έχουν εσωτερικό μπάνιο. Το σπίτι είναι είναι ευάερο και φωτεινό με παραδοσιακά παράθυρα με απεριόριστη θέα στο χωριό της Μακρινίτσας και στο Βόλο. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει μεγάλη αυλή,ιδανική για κάθε δραστηριότητα
