"Staff was really helpful, no complaints about that but I had a terrible night. It was really hot at night and the room temperature controller wasn't working, I had to open the window and then there was noice of cars on the main road. Whole night I was switching between opening and closing window ..."

"The highlight of this place is the amazing staff at the front desk-- genuinely friendly, with caring questions and good recommendations. Location a block from TI and just a few blocks from the train station is helpful. Pedestrian area is similarly close."
