You'll be able to sit back and relax after a full day of fishing or playing in the water! Along with the ability to cook what you catch!!

All in your own private space!

Living area features a 75" smart TV that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts. Cozy and comfortable couch features a queen size sofa sleeper if needed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Kitchen area has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic supplies, blender, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and 8 place settings of dinnerware, glasses and cups.

Dining room table provides seating for 6 comfortably.

Bedroom -Queen bed with linens and 32" wall mounted smart TV , that you can use with your own Netflix, Hulu, or other accounts as well.

Bathroom area has a tub/shower combo, towels & hairdryer provided.

Outdoor space - Large covered front porch has a table with 4 chairs. There is also 2 rocking chairs in this area for additional seating.

Outdoor propane grill - (propane provided)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Wash dishes and place in drainer.

Placed used towels in clothes basket provided on top of dryer.

Place trash in Blue Boxed Trash Bin to the West (Right) on side of road.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
