"A wonderful start to the year with the efficiency of the staff and check in was seamless. The room was clean spacious and had a top view of the Danube. The rooftop bar is amazing and cocktails were excellent. Great walking distance to old town Vienna and major transportation is mere steps away from the hotel lobby. "

"Excellent location for the city and Christmas markets. Comfy and clean hotel with noce little extras (bread, sweets and water in reception). The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice and friendly service. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"There are two sides of this hotel. We were on the old side. I would ask when booking what side you’re in. Our bed was very comfortable and typical to most European hotels the room was not very large. The location is perfect!! Seems out of the way and quiet when you get there but you’re literally a very, very short walk to everything. Trolley stops are very close and a five minute walk to Rathausplatz. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I liked the central location--can walk anywhere. We had a huge room overlooking Kaertner Strasse. I liked being able to open the windows if I wanted to. The 25 Euro breakfast is a little expensive so we did not that but had the coffee provided in the room and walked to the Billa Convince store 200ft. away. The staff at the front desk was very very nice."

"The Lobby decor was spectacular! Our room was comfortable, the staff was great, as was the breakfast. It was easy to get to the areas we wanted to visit. "
