Well-located, single-story furnished apartment with terrace and pergola. Garden furniture and barbecue. A kitchen area with dining room, living room, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, and separate toilet.
2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and 1 single bed (90x190 cm). Baby bed and high chair available upon request. Utilities: 8 kWh/day of electricity included (meter reading upon arrival and departure). Any excess is payable to the owner: billed based on actual consumption (meter reading).
Sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people in the living room.
Housekeeping for businesses: €52. If the cottage is not returned in the condition in which it was booked, a cleaning invoice will be requested. Bed linen and towels provided.
