  • A guest house in Cap Negro that can only be found in its entirety. An Andalusian architecture located between two mountains in front of the Mediterranean Sea. A perfect location and atmosphere to spend a peaceful and relaxing stay.

    We are located 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Cap Negro. Several activities are available (excluding rental prices): Kayaking, Paddle, Surfing, Hiking...

    House rules:
    - The house is located on a mountain and we are not connected to the public electricity grid, so we are powered by solar energy or generators, so our electricity capacity is limited.
    The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, ONLY the bedrooms are air-conditioned (so the entrance and living rooms are not air-conditioned).
    - The 4 air conditioners will be activated the night and during naptime (it is not possible to activate the air conditioners 24h since we are limited in terms of electricity).
    - The maintenance of the pool is midnight every day, so it is not possible to use the pool from midnight.
    - The person in charge of the house resides in the basement of the house which has a door completely separate from the house.
