"If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. "We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend."

"Staff were great, smiley and friendly. Location really nice, right next to the beach, bars / restaurants only 5 minutes away. Lots of families there. My only feedback would be an 'adults only' pool would be a great addition. Good was excellent, we were half board and really enjoyed breakfast and evening meals."

"Wow, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is in a prime position which becomes apparent when you enter the lobby for the first time and see the view across the water towards the town. The walk into town is a pleasant 10 minute stroll with plenty to do when you get there. The hotel has everything you could wish for and the staff could not help you enough. The rooms are great and have a great view over the harbour and towards the town. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff for anything."
