"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. "Mona Montreux was the best hotel experience we had while in Switzerland! Its location was ideal! 5 minute walk from train, right on the promenade near restaurants. The hotel was spotless, there were a lot of complimentary perks: bike and stand up paddle boards free of charge, free bottles of water and iced tea while on the sun roof/jacuzzi area, free popcorn and coffee/ cappuccino in lobby. Nice bathrobe and slippers included. Room was beautiful! And the view was amazing of lake Geneva. The front desk staff was wonderful! One small issue was our room wasn’t ready at check-in time but that was ok, the staff held our bags and we went to visit vineyards. Would highly recommend Mona Montreux!!!!!"
