"One of the loveliest hotels we’ve stayed in a long time. Old fashioned charm but with modern amenities. Our room was delightful and immaculately clean. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could possibly want. An added bonus was the simple yet tasty lunch available until 4pm which we enjoyed on our arrival day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with no exception. But it’s the location which wins hands down. On the quieter side of the river with an amazing view of the famous Charles bridge. It’s set in a quiet square with lovely restaurants and near to a pretty park. Honestly the location was perfect for us. We should definitely like to return."

"the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards. "
