"We always stay at the Laundry rooms while in Hamilton. This time we had an issue with the toilet. We called the emergency number and spoke with Amal. He was quick, responsive, and had an immediate solution. We love this hotel!"

"Room had been recently modernized and looked great. Staff were accommodating and personable The pool impressed our group because there was no overwhelming odour of chlorine nor was it horribly humid. Towels were handy. "

"Traveling with 2 small dogs visiting for Christmas in the area, very convenient building. Able to pull up outside room to unload through patio door, also very convenient access to take dogs out for the bathroom. Towels and bed linens were great quality, bed was comfortable, not as fancy as some but would definitely return next time we visit. "
