"Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at the DoubleTree. My one note was that we stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping come. We had to take our own trash out and remake our bed which is, of course, not a tremendous deal but when you’re paying over a couple hundred a night to stay at a place you would hope housekeeping would come."

"3 different family members that, unknown to one another, were asking the same question of Patrick! He was patient and kind. The property is beautifully situated. Birds, wildlife in abundance for listening and observing! Very clean and well appointed. The river was high and covered the shore completely. Overall a wonderful property. We didn't stay the last night due to the raging high water. The host isn't responsible for weather nor our decision to leave. The weather did the experience more in some ways and less in others! No fishing, tubing, kayaking, fire pit, etc., but spectacular fast, raging river, astorm, view of nature on the other hand! Wonderful!"
