From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Every single staff member we spoke to whether it was the front desk checking in, to a housekeeper in the elevator to the bartender (Garrett), everyone seemed to be in the best mood and genuinely happy to welcome you to the hotel. My husband and I have stayed at other boutique hotels in downtown Waco and this visit to AC Hotel will definitely make us a return customer. It is in a great location to the downtown restaurants etc and the silos. The hotel is clean and has a great pool.

Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable- we saw maids in the halls constantly working away to maintain a beautiful hotel. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful and we were able to get in our room earlier than the standard time. The pool is perfect and temperature controlled. Location is walkable to so many nice places Like Magnolia Silos properties, fantastic bbq, Dr Pepper museum and way more. Very reasonably priced!

I loved the hotel and for the price you can’t beat it. Only concern I had was the food. Chicken pot pie was extremely greasy and the server had to take it off the bill. Other than that the staff was amazing and I would recommend.

One of the best hotel to stay at in Waco Texas my awesome stayed at AC Hotel Waco Downtown and had a great experience. Super clean, modern vibe and the room was comfortable and quiet. The room was very clean and the front desk staff was average. My husband and I had drinks at the bar and the bartender was excellent. He gave us good recommendation on drinks and very engaged in small talk. We did not had breakfast at the hotel but they did offer to let us eat there, and they gave us the menu in case we wanted room service.
