Absolutely, NO SMOKING. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for odor removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

You will be emailed a Welcome Packet with info prior to your stay with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an EMAIL and also a TEXT with access information for your vacation rental.

I love meeting new people and will be happy to interact with guests as much or little as they like.
We do have dogs, so please be careful to keep the gates closed upon entering or leaving the property.
Park like setting, and just 6 blocks from Cameron Park. The cottage is behind the main house sitting on one acre giving guests full privacy.

We were in Waco for a volleyball tournament over the weekend, and the cottage was just perfect! Everything about the stay was smooth, and having morning visits from Wilson the Wonderdog was definitely icing on the cake.

My parents and nephew enjoyed their stay at the cottage! The cottage and property are full of character and charm. The grounds were shaded and the paths led to all sorts of pretty areas to sit and linger in the outdoor space. Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family. We all loved meeting and playing with Wilson too!

We stayed for a few days in Waco at the Cottage and found it to be just perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, good A/C. Large gated yard with cool swings, Unique Yard Decor and Statues. Very close to Cameron Park and Downtown Will be happy to come back!

We absolutely love staying at the cottage! It was a rainy weekend but we found shopping nearby lots of cafes to try out and can’t wait to return again. The cottage is cozy, the grounds are a delight just to stroll around and be immersed in the decor. Beds are comfy as well, I can’t say enough good things about the owners and Waco Vacation Rentals! !

We were in town 2 nights and loved our stay at the cottage. The cottage was cozy and the grounds were beautiful. Everything we needed and more was thought of. Very easy check in and out. We loved our daily visits from the pups. We will be booking again for next year when we come back to Waco.
