Open design living/dining area and the perfect kitchen. Large backyard with 3 parking places and basketball goal. Next door to Harp Design Co. and the Harp house. OCC is 5 minutes from Magnolia/Downtown Waco! 10 minutes from Baylor University/Ferrell Center/McLane Stadium.
