A very bad experience, and we are highly disappointed that we stayed at Blue Water. Starting from the beginning, our check-in details were not updated in their system and they were saying that it's a system error and asked for e-mail verification, which was very annoying. We booked 3 rooms but only one was ready and we had to stay for 2 hours until the other 2 rooms were ready. To make it even worse, the Air Conditioner of the room was not working properly and it was very warm in the room. We complained more than 4 times, but the issue was not attended properly. The bathroom did not have a bidet shower, which was very uncomfortable. The appliances of the room were very old, and definitely not up to the 5 star standard. The flush of the bathroom was not working, and no one came to even see what the matter was. The only plus point at the hotel was the buffet, which was very tasty. Highly unsatisfied and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
