"Had one problem that really irritated, I was told when I arrived that I could stay until 1300 no problem and then the next day I was told I couldn't. Something else I didn't like was the welcome letter saying dear Mr/Mrs Cederhall, I mean I am a widow and I don't like it when addressed like Mr/Mrs. "

"Great location. 10-12 min from visitors centre and entrance to Petra. Friendly staff. Decent sized room and clean bathroom. Good breakfast every morning. Easy street parking right in front of the hotel. We went during a time when it wasn’t peek tourist time. So finding spot was never a problem. The only thing I would caution is that there are around 15 steps to get from street level to the hotel entrance. It didn’t matter to us but if you have difficulty with stairs - you might find that cumbersome each time you come in and out. Highly recommend this place. "

"My stay was excellent. Thr property is very conveniently located and is only 1 min away from Petra's visitor center. The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated."
