Wadi Rum Hotel Guide - LGBT-Friendly Hotels in Wadi Rum, Aqaba Governorate

"My sister and I stayed here back in early May. We had a great stay! Our hosts were welcoming and provided very delicious meals. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Raad and his brothers were very good hosts, attentive to all needs, and informative, over dinner and a campfire chat, about the Bedouin relation to Wadi Rum. The location of the camp is, of course, stunning, and the jeep tour well worth it. "

"Great service, very friendly staff, amazing food with a great chef. Beautiful place in the wadi rum desert with more privacy and fewer tents than other camps."

"Great hosts with warm welcome, they made me and other people who I stayed with feel home! The food was extremely amazing as well! "

"Had a great experience at Sara luxury camp! Sultan and saif were very helpful and super friendly and made our trip very easy. To be honest coming to this trip i had mixed feelings but the Bedouin definitely have the best hospitality and i highly suggest anyone to go there. Prices were very affordable comparing to other camps and i would definitely take 4x4 jeep tour with sultan."

"Amazing Amazing place and service. "

"Great experience"

"The room was amazing the camp was relaxing and the staff were amazing as well we had a lot of fun from the moment the staff picked us up to the moment they dropped us back I would recommend it to everyone!"

"Cool camp in a beautiful desert, good food and friendly staff"

"Property was great and the staff are incredible"

"We really loved staying here, the staff were really helpful and friendly!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. A special thanks to Abdul Rahman, who made our experience unforgettable by taking us on a short nighttime desert trip. We enjoyed stargazing under the clear sky and sharing tea in the peaceful darkness of the desert—it was truly magical. Everything was lovely, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience."

"I spend unique time in the Wadi Rum desert at the colored camp! The location is simply breathtaking and that would be already enough, but also the accommodation and the shared space where I had the meals with the other travelers (Amazing and abundant variation of delicious food!)) was great, very in line with the local bedouin culture. Also, the experience of having the tea at night in the cave in front of the fire with the tales of the manager about the ancient stories of the desert was...

"Had an amazing stay with Ayed Abu Bilal, the place is peaceful, relaxing and a great price. Went for a climbing holiday and he was super helpful offering advice and suggestions on where to go. Also arranging rides to the more remote places away from the village. There’s even topos printed at the hostel as a bonus. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for my partner and I. Overall wonderful time and definitely would stay here again!"

"This place is a scam, avoid it, they will try to get you to double pay for your room, they list this place under various names, but all provide a fake address in the local village, then you have to call them and then they give you directions, once there that is when the scam begins, plus it is not a nice place, very run down"

"Nice"

"The man running the place is a scammer, I booked online & reservation was paid. 1 bubble 3 beds. Only option gave me for booking. The man sold my room to another person left me stranded in the desert, he tried to extract more money for the beds…Mind you he did it to another couple as well. I’d never recommend staying here! Unless you want to get scammed! Terrible service & treatment. Huge Advice Watch out be cautious which camp you make arrangements with! Worse experience! With no hesitation he...
