This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom sleeps 4 (2nd bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed) sits at the center of 1.2 private acres of land, with the bedrooms on the ground floor and open-plan living room & dining area & kitchen on the upper level with a full wrap-around garden deck, complete with outdoor dining area, sitting area, Weber grill & accessories, and herb garden. This is a very quiet, comfortable, spacious, airy, full-of-natural-light home just a 5-minute walk from a stunning private access beach on the sound. 25-minute drive from the Southampton beaches. 5-minute drive from local farmstands with everything you want for summer grilling & dining. At the start of the North Fork with all of its beautiful farms, vinyards, towns and summer activites. 5 minutes from fantastic local restaurant right on the beach described as "the most romantic restaurant on Long Island" and "out of this world experience" by Zagats.
