"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

(Handtücher, Seife, etc.) Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die kleine Aufmerksamkeit von Gummibärchen gefreut. Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Es ist ein ruhiger und schöner Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. "

"Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen für große Familien, oder Gruppen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Auch der Vermieter machte einen sehr freundlichen, sympathischen Eindruck. Diverse Renovierungen/ Neuerungen könnten mal vorgenommen werden. Die Unterkunft ist nochmal um einiges schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen.Es fühlt sich bei warmem Wetter an als sei man in einem Urlaubsparadies in Spanien. "Hier hat man an alles gedacht! Die Ausstattung ist elegant, praktisch und durchdacht. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Die schallisolierten Zimmer himmlisch ruhig. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, vor allem wegen des ausgefallen freundlichen, kompetenten und hilfsbereiten Personals. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We knew it was an Ibis Budget when we booked so were expecting limited facilities as we have stayed with this chain before, but we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the stay. The room was compact, had facilities to hang clothing but no where to put other clothing this had to remain in the suitcase for the duration of the stay. Bathroom was great, lovely shower with plenty of hot water. No drink making facilities in the room but again we were aware of this limitation with the Budget chain so took plenty of water and soft drinks. It was a short walk from the railway station and there was a local bus that ran frequently to take us to the Festival Hall where we watched Wagners Ring Cycle, for the more energetic it is within walking distance and we chose to walk back each night which was easy. This is the closest hotel to the Festspielhalle if you are attending the Festival, however, this does mean that you are a little bit further from the centre of the town, but again walking is not a great distance and buses are available. The only quibble, and it is a minor one is that the room cleaning was not very great. The bathroom was cleaned daily, bed made, but the floor was not swept/vacuumed once in our 8 day stay. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff worked really hard, big thank you to all the staff, reception and the bar were 24/7 so when we arrived after midnight we were able to check in and get a drink. Would recommend."
