"The mountain view was goodand the location was good too. The size of the room was good but the fridge was very noisy kerp us awake mosy of the night plus the head board was not fix the the bed or wall probably eveytime we move the head board keep moving/bang on thd wall.plus room wasn't sound proof for noise outside as it said on the website"

"Only one complaint we tried to contact vrbo for the address and got told contact the host which we did but I was made aware earlier that she’s a shift worker so we drove up and down the street for over a half an hour and were about to turn around and head home but luckily for us the host checked her msg’s when she woke up from resting after her shift this complaint is not on the host we had better communication with the host than we did with vrbo the accommodation amazing it was clean and very accommodating would I go there again DEFINITELY amazing absolutely amazing "

"I had stayed here for three nights two weeks prior and was pretty good. However, this stay was unfortunately terrible and won't book with Tasman again. I was a late check-in and had a booking for 5 nights. Each day my car park was taken because the staff did not check me in. I went every day to the desk and they didn't mention it at all until one of the nicer female staff found out on day 4 that no one checked me in and fixed it. By then it was too late. My room didn't get serviced at all due to their error, room was unclean when arriving with cobwebs across the walls. Bed made terribly and sheets always came out due to how it was made and the sheets used. "

"Location is easy access to beach, track and RSA club. Shower water pressure is very strong, excellent has a good shower after a long day outing. Only complaint is housekeeping should more details on dusting, table lamp and bathroom needs more attention. "
