Awesome stay!
The house is really thoughtfully set-up. It had all the things we needed and more. It was lovely to be able to watch TV and have wifi. The kitchen is impressive - lovely knives and pots. We love to cook so that was a great discovery. Thank you for a lovely stay and for allowing us to bring our dog along - it really makes such a difference to a holiday!

Wonderful weekend getaway
We had such an amazing stay for the weekend with our one year old and two year old. Warm house so kids slept great. Locked property for peace of mind locking kids in. Beach a close walk, and so were two great coffee shop options. Will definitely be booking this place a few times of year. Perfect setup!

We absolutely loved our stay. Bach had everything that we needed. Close to the beach and shop and so many more things and places to explore. Summer beach holiday
Great location! House lacks shade over the deck and it made the living area very hot inside and outside. Too hot to sit outside in the morning. Thankfully inside with opening the doors there was a lovely sea breeze. Bach wasn’t the cleanest- inside of kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty and the dishwasher was very smelly and dirty. Disappointing when you’re paying a lot of money.

Lovely spot, great location
Very tidy house with everything you need - the beach is only 5 mins away. Loved the outdoor shower after a sandy swim too. Carl was very helpful in organising linen for us the day before the booking as I had forgotten to request it. Thanks for a lovely few days away.

Great weekend away!
We had a great stay with family visiting abroad. House was comfy and everything we needed for our long-weekend getaway. Loved that we could take the dogs with and the section was fully fenced which was awesome. Short walking distance to the beach which we loved :)

Easy access to property fully fenced. From the time we opened the front door to when we left there was nothing but smiles on our face. Everything was catered for on a 5 star platter. Beds were very comfortable the ambience was brilliant. The house was exceptionally clean and bright. Large glass retratable doors lead onto a large deck with bbq and enough seating for an army. I guarentee that no-one woulld be dissappointes with this accomodation. If ever i return to Waihi Beach this will be my go to destination. Well done to our hosts. Perfect.

A lovely property fully fenced for Jasper our Cocker Spaniel and 7 of us. Property has every convenience. We just love it and look forward to coming back every year. It is great value for money! We are just so lucky to have found it and the Host is so helpful!

Great spot!
Such a good location. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, park, cafe, dairy and fish and chips. Good secure yard and it was so nice to be able to bring our lil dog who had the time of her life going for walks along the beach.

Great bach
We had a great stay at this bach with 2 x 14/15 yr olds. Proximity to the beach was great, you can just hear the waves and within easy walk but nice and quiet away from the busyness of the beachfront properties. Handy to reservoir and trig walks. Kitchen well equipped with plenty of equipment and utensils and even a dishwasher. Ceiling fan in lounge area was great on hot days/evenings. LOvely big deck on East side. Good water pressure in shower plus separate toilet. It is near to the volunteer fire siren which can surprise some people when it goes off but we've been coming to Waihi for years and are aware of this. Hopefully next time we won't have a cyclone keeping us indoors for too long but we were amused by games, puzzles and excellent tv set up. Thanks, see you next time :)

We had another fabulous stay at the Beach Bach! Comfortable and well equipped, close to the beach (patrolled), good coffee at Hui, the dairy for icecream, great walks and town - such a great place to park up and enjoy the sunshine (which we were super lucky to hae 90% of our trip). We will be back!

Pictures don't do it justice!
Beautiful, tidy home. Spacious for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. Well fenced if you have bigger dogs, unfortunately out tiniest houdini managed to squeeze under the fence on one side!! The deck is beautiful, sunny in the mornings, hearing the ocean crashing from outside is a highlight. Short walk down the road to the water. Also a playground by the beach. Beds are comfortable. Shower has great pressure and bath tub was used by the kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. So handy having little extras like cling film. Recommend this as a place to stay. Close to some great cafes and restaurants - liked flat white and surf shack (probably our fave). Great coffee at both.

Loved our stay at the bach
The listing is pretty accurate, it’s your typical cosy beach home away from home. The fully fenced section was perfect for our young kids and the dog. The master bed is super king sized and all beds had duvets, pillows and blankets. I found this place to be very good value for $$ compared to similar listings. Would love to stay again one day! Thanks for having us
