SPACE

The spacious holiday home comes with 2 bedrooms, plus a downstairs living room that can be converted to a 3rd bedroom with a double sofa bed. The home has a TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets and an outdoor shower for convenience. The accommodation features a private entrance.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. The property is non-smoking. Waihi Beach can be accessed at various entry points.



No parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.



ACCESS

At the back of the house is a door with code pad for guest access. Guests need to enter the code into the code pad to get inside the house.

The holiday home is located within easy distance to the Waihi Beach village, the Waihi Beach Surf Club and the various bush and beach walks at the northern end of the beach and also to The Bowentown Boating & Sportfishing Club and Anzac Bay, which provide boat access to the harbour at the southern end of Waihi Beach, where there are also various cycling and walking opportunities.



Easy 10 minute walk to the Waihi Beach Dairy and Island View Fish N Chips. A 5-10 minute drive to main road shops, cafes and restaurants.

Waihi Beach is around 50 metres from the home, while Anzac Bay in Bowentown is 4.6 km away. The nearest airport is Tauranga Airport, 58 km from the accommodation.

Beach access is 50m across the road.
