"Loved our stay! Great quiet location and exactly like the pictures. We arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits with milk in the fridge, which was a nice touch. We spent most days sitting out the front enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The place was nice and clean and we’ll definitely be back!"

"Fabulous house and great location to the golf course for our golfing event. It was clean and well appointed; everything we needed was there.Kim was very helpful with our checkin requirements also. The beds were extremely comfortable, although we would have preferred a top sheet on the beds. Apart from that we couldn’t fault the stay. We will be back!"

"A lovely area near the river. Great space and a good cabin with a spa. Only unfortunately thing is they need a new bed. The springs were very uncomfortable and dug into the body. The kitchen was well equipped."

"We really enjoyed Pelican Retreat. The owners have done a terrific job with the place - crisp clean sheets, fresh paint, recent renovations, lovely garden and perfect location. The fur family loved being able to be indoors and outdoors in safe areas. The Christmas decorations are a lovely homey touch. We could not ask for a better holiday. "
