2-Suite Villa with Fairway & partial Ocean views - Stocked Like you're at home.

Enjoy a fully maintained villa where everything actually works the way it should. Arrive without worrying about buying your kitchen, bath and laundry supplies, they'll be fully stocked with backups.

Imagine all culinary tools for the grill and kitchen immediately at hand including a full array of sharp knives and basic spices. It will all be there, just like home. We personally stay often to make it so!

Then raid the excursion closet complete with beach chairs, canopy, snorkeling, tennis, pickle ball, boogie boards, towels, totes and all manner of other gear you could possibly imagine.

Enjoy your down time with the birds and breeze on our secluded lanai facing the fairways without a car, road or parking lot in sight.

We're in Hali'i Kai resort, a private gated community with our own incredible Ocean Club restaurant/bar/fitness center overlooking Maui and the Pacific. All resort fees are paid/included. No Surprise Charges!

Our entire villa is privately yours for the duration of your stay as are two free reserved parking spots. One is a carport, the other a surface spot.

Spacious, well appointed and all the amenities you could need. The owner is responsive, friendly and accommodating - allowing us to get in early and stay a bit late! The pool area is like a resort, and includes a bar and restaurant with awesome staff. You will want a car to get around to all the beaches and attractions. Only wish we had more time to enjoy - highly recommend!

Beautiful condo that is extremely clean and comfortable

This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay on the Kohala coast: a quiet location with views of the sunset, a well-stocked kitchen, and lovely furnishings.

The condo is well maintained, nicely stocked for easy enjoyment, and in an excellent location. The Ocean Club access was awesome. Great food and drinks and a spectacular place to watch sunsets. Staff there is excellent. Lance and Susan are great hosts.

Lovely condo and great location

Condo was perfect and just as advertised. Everything was nice, clean, easy to work with the owners, and condo was well stocked. Locations is perfect with access to the pool, gym, and Ocean Club restaurant. Would book this condo again in a heartbeat!

Family of four big island holiday

The condo was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the big island! Modern, clean, comfortable with lots of extras for fun on the beach and those essential kitchen items we always seem to forget to buy. The pool area was wonderful and the close proximity to A-bay, shopping, and other amenities of Waikoloa were very appreciated by our family.

Great stay

We really enjoyed Lance and Susan’s condo. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Lance was quick to respond to us when needed.we will stay there again when on the Big Island

Wonderful condo

This condo was wonderful to stay in! It was clean, quiet and in a beautiful area. Great for 2 couples. The host was fantastic to work with and very nice! Close to beautiful beaches. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Beautiful Waikaloa

This condo was AMAZING - super clean, stocked with everything for the beach, putt putt golf, pickleball, you name it they had it! Great access to everything! The host are super responsive and easy to contact. We will definitley use this condo again - it was incredible.

Our favorite on the Big Island so far!

Well appointed unit, updated, with lots of essentials. Plenty of beach toys and located directly across from the sport court. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra towels and other necessities. We’ll be back!

Fantastic

It was everything that we hoped for and more. There wasn’t an item that we were missing for our stay. From beach gear to kitchen items to the absolutely wonderful king size beds. Very comfortable.The view was fantastic and Hali Kai is a great resort. Never fear in booking this unit as the homeowners cover the daily resort fee. A very nice touch. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot for Hawaiian Dream Vacation!

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean, quiet, and the beds are super comfortable. They have everything you need to head the beach: snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler bags, shade canopy, and more! Another special part about this property is the access to the Ocean Club which has a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean and a restaurant that has really tasty food. Plus local live music on the weekends at the club was a treat. This property is also close to some of the best beaches on the island. We would stay here again and hope we get to!

Wonderful stay

Exactly as advertised. Owners are incredibly thoughtful and had ensured condo was well stocked with all basic necessities including quality kitchen supplies and beach supplies. Items for guest use (e.g. beach chairs, kitchen knives, etc.) were of good quality and in good condition. Bed was comfortable. Condo was quiet, did not hear any noise from neighbouring units. Owners were very quick to respond to all questions. Would certainly stay here again without hesitation.

Great Condo

Lance and Susan were quick to answer our questions. Property clean, lots of kitchen supplies and other "stuff" you might need since they stay there at times. Two bedroom arrangement worked very nicely. View from patio is great; well-kept grass, view of golf course and good walking conditions. Ground floor makes coming and going easy. Not a lot of activity in other units; almost as if we had it all to ourselves.

Clean and well maintained

We were all delighted by the best vacation home rental from day 1 to the our departure day after a week’s stay. The location is perfect ,beautiful and good natural privacy screens, green and colorful. The home was well maintained, clean, well stocked with essentials one would need in a home, from kitchen to bathrooms, and beach . The hosts put a lot of thought into making everyone’s stay perfect . We would stay here again the next time we visit the Big Island . It is the perfect location, just beside Hilton Vacations Club, with the King’s and Queen’s shopping places in nice walking distance , and the Island Gourmet Market place /grocery just a 1.1 mile very short drive or walking. We had the most fun, pleasant, and restive vacation ever

Amazing Property

My wife and I celebrated my birthday at this wonderful condo. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home and more. You can almost consider this two master beds as the second be has a great sliding door for privacy. The deck was very pleasant and we spent most morning enjoying breakfast and watching the golfers go by. The neighborhood pool / restaurant / bar is spectacular! Right at the end of the complex overlooking the ocean. Great service and the food was excellent. The owner communication was excellent while checking in and out was a breeze. We had a relaxing and pleasant stay only wishing we could have stayed longer. We strongly recommend this unit!

I cannot express how great this trip was for my husband and I. We have stayed at several different condos on property that nowhere compared to this condo. The owners check on us throughout the visit and made us feel completely welcome. The moment we arrived we will most definitely Booking this condo again next year. kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed clothes, washing soap was there they had a closet filled with extra towels and supplies. They had bags for the beach chairs for the beach. You just couldn’t imagine anything that they left out love out on the outdoor patio watching the golfers golf and seeing the ocean also, the end

Beautiful property and condo!

Look no further, this condo is awesome! We absolutely loved everything about the condo, the property and all the amenities offered! What you see in the VRBO photos is exactly how it looks upon arrival and spotless when you walk in the door. Comfortable beds, nice linens & towels. Kitchen had everything you needed and good quality. Loved our view from the patio! Pool, restaurant and bar at Hali'Kai was very nice (thank you for this)! Only a 15 minute walk from the pool to the Hilton Waikoloa. Lance & Susan thought of everything and we appreciate all the extra amenities you had for us to use. Fabulous Condo in Hali 'i' Kai

We have stayed in Hali 'i' Kai many times in the past 10 years. This condo was one of the best we stayed in here, as it was extremely clean, well organized with very thoughtful Hosts/Owners. They provided great beach essentials and a well stocked kitchen! The communication between the Hosts and our family was awesome and helpful! These Hosts/owners care about your stay which you experience once you walk through their condo door. They show their thoughtfulness through the amazing cleanliness and organization of their condo. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and all your thoughtfulness to your guests. Your condo is a very comfortable and the location is awesome! Thank you so much for all that you do! We plan to stay here again for our next visit!!!!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property with a view of a golf course and the Hilton. There is a little view of the ocean a distance away. The beach club is great. It is right by the ocean. A pretty pool, but the deepest part is 4 feet. Nice exercise facility and restaurant right at the pool. Music on Friday and Saturday nights. The condo had everything we needed to cook. There was condiments, spices, oil, coffee etc. that were left for us to use. Plenty of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, soap provided by the owners and other toiletries left by previous visitors. The beds were very comfortable. Being in building 5 it takes between 5 and 10 minutes to walk to the beach club depending on how fast you walk. We also walked from the beach club to the black sand beach which took us a half hour. There was multiple snorkels, masks and fins. A boogie board, small cooler, lots of swim noodles, 4 beach chairs, putters for the putting green, and other toys to use. We had a great time,

Beautiful condo and views, high quality amenities and very responsive owners

Everything about this condo is wonderful! The cleanliness, the amenities & providing all the information needed from check in to check out was fantastic! I rely on all the reviews from VRBO which is why I rented this condo. The view from the back patio to see a glimpse of ocean & beautiful green landscaping & lava rocks is amazing! A great place to have coffee in the morning & a glass of wine with dinner in the evening & watch sunset. The owners provide everything you could possibly need & more to have a wonderful stay/vacation. All the kitchen spices & kitchen ware you could possibly need. The closet filled with beach chairs, beach towels, snorkeling gear, pickleball equipment, beach bags to use at the beach, a cooler for food at the beach were all there. There is so much more in the closet that we didn't use, but they thought of everything to enjoy the sun, surf & sand. The pool located on the edge of the ocean gives the best sunset views you could ask for. We enjoyed having cocktails & delicious meals & appetizers from the bar/restaurant while watching sunset. The waitstaff was so nice. The owners are very responsive & helpful. Whenever I had questions, they responded online within minutes from the time I made the reservation to the last day of our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo to make our stay comfortable (the bed was so comfortable and slept so well) & fun. We will recommend this condo to anyone that is going to stay in Waikoloa!
