Great spot to stay

Overall a great stay. We did learn it was a bit away from anywhere open later to eat, but wasn’t a bad drive to find a place to eat.

Really nice townhouse/condo in a really nice resort. The house is well stocked & the furniture, decor & appliances are excellent. The beach supplies provided are great, as are the bikes. The community pool & hot tub are also very nice. It's a great place to stay & enjoy, but also convenient to the main roads for touring the island.

Family Vacation

The property was just as it was advertised. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owner provided clear instructions and also gave good suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The property is near to shopping and at least two very nice beaches.

Must stay if you get a chance!

This is a perfect location for easy access to all the sites on the Big Island. The accommodation is beautiful. We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals in Hawaii and this far exceeded our expectations. It had everything you could possibly imagine to make your vacation. The condo is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need for the beach. It is beautiful, clean, lots of space for big families. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. Home Away from Home

Our stay was so comfortable. The house was very clean and stocked with anything we needed. The area has terrific amenities too. The amenities are accurately described in the listing. We will definitely stay again if we return to Kona.

Amazing home and amenities

We had a great stay at this home. Lots of beach gear is provided, and the complex is in a good area with lots of amenities. The host was very helpful and responded almost immediately to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Spent 10 days with family and loved the close location to the beach and many activities. The townhome was very well stocked and we loved having all of the beach equipment and bikes in the garage to use. Very comfortable and beautiful space. Thank you!

Little Slice of Heaven in Heaven

We loved our time at this VRBO. The property was clean, spacious and located closely to everything you would want! Well stocked with things for the beach and everything you might need away from home. The only tiny thing was that we needed was storage space in the rooms for our things.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We spent 8 nights here. It was incredibly well equipped. We appreciated that paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap etc was all supplied. We also loved all the beach items in the garage, we had everything we needed! We were a group of 5 and had more than enough room for all of us. It was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable home

This house is beautiful. We are a large family and its very convient to have a house with so many beach needs already in it. The ice maker is a little slow so I suggest buying a big ice. The owner was awsome in texting detailed instructions of check in. The kitchen has everything you need as well. I hate my feet getting dirty and wish there was an area to brush of sand. Thank you!

Great Townhouse in Great Waikoloa location

Our family of six adults had a great stay recently at this location. Great location to get to Kailua, the Kohala coast, Hilo, and of course, the beaches, and was also very close to the King and Queens shopping centers. Home was fully equipped as promised, clean and spacious bedrooms throughout, equipped with flat screen TVs, and WI-FI throughout with clear instructions . Melissa could not have been more helpful, with very helpful information prior to booking, although we did not have a single issue during our stay. Besides the beautiful pool, hot tub and gym close by, the unit had four brand new bikes, boogie boards, six new beach chairs, snorkel, umbrella and even a cooler we used for the beach trips. All were in new condition. Kitchen well equipped with appliances, cooking utensils etc., and grills at the pool were very useful as well. The W/D units worked well, especially for a group of six staying there. The outdoor porch off the kitchen was great for morning coffee, and living room big screen TV was great as well as the valuable local information guides provided. We truly enjoyed all of the conveniences of the big resorts, at a good value, with all the comforts of home! Highly recommended for families, couples, for a comfortable stay in luxury!

Great condo with lots of space

We stayed at this condo during our family vacation the first week of November. We're a family of four with two small children. The condo was great for many reasons, including the price. It was very spacious. The photos of the condo don't do justice to how much room it offers. The three upstairs bedrooms were great, and our kids loved having a space of their own. The master bathroom is terrific! Two sinks for the misses and I to get ready at the same time! Also, with two and a half bathrooms, there was always an open bathroom ready. The kitchen is well stocked, and we cooked many meals there. The outdoor patio was great. It's covered and lighted, and we loved eating our meals out there while watching small lizards scurry about and listening to the birds chirp. Inside the garage, there was beach chairs, bogey boards, bikes and lots of other toys to keep kids and adults happy. The condo was clean upon our arrival, and it was exactly as advertised on this website. The location is great. We walked across an old lava field to get to the shops, and many stunning beaches are a short drive away. Waikoloa is about 19 miles from the Kona airport, so it was a manageable distance when we had to leave in the early morning hours to catch our flight on the last day. If you are a family of four or more traveling to the Big Island, Doug and Melissa's condo is top-notch. They are great hosts, and when I got lost upon arrival they answered their phone promptly and navigated me to the condo area. We would enthusiastically recommend this condo for your Hawaii vacation.

The property was very nice! The host was amazing with communication. The property was super clean, easy to find and fully stocked. The only issue is parking. I don’t hold that against the host but somedays were a little struggle to find a parking spot. Other than than that, I would highly recommend to anyone.
