Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at the Fairway Villas! We love the location and proximity of the shops and dining options. Quiet property, relaxing pool and beautiful grounds. This was our first time renting through Knutson and Associates and our first stay in this particular unit. They are by far one of the best companies we’ve rented through. They have very thorough check in instructions and are extremely easy to get communicate with. Simple questions were answered quickly via text and they even followed up to make sure any issues were resolved. We’ve rented a lot in the past on the BI and other islands and I’m very impressed with their communication. The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay. Kitchen had everything you needed for meals in, plenty of beach gear and towels. Overall our stay was very comfortable! Looking forward to return visits!

I walk to Island Vintage coffee every morning and get hot lunch or breakfast at queens market. The property is well kept and felt like we were at a resort. The property itself is clean ans spacious for our family of 5 (kids are 8, 10, & 15 yrs. old). Well equipped and clean. Complete with beach chairs, mat, cooler, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and would go back!
