This pristine 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has 1,725 square feet in 2 stories with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Lakes Golf Course. Eat meals outside on the large patio table. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely, or to do yoga in a private setting. Outdoor propane grill for fish and veggies from the local Farmer’s Market. 2 resort style pools (heated) 100 steps away each with a large hot tub
Primary Bedroom: having a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath with his/her vanities and a powder counter, this suite is the perfect way to invite the day’s activities. The private lanai off the bedroom overlooks the peaceful Lakes Golf Course and is a wonderful location to watch the colorful sunsets.
Upstairs Bedroom: bedroom retreat with ensuite bathroom. The two twin beds with overhead double bed (total 3 sleeping spaces) are ideal for kids to have their dedicated space.
Downstairs Bedroom: private bedroom with adjacent bathroom. This room has a king bed and is a perfect place to unwind for the grandparents or second adult couple. ADA accessible.
Bonus Room: this second level space has a queen sleeper sofa which is perfect for that afternoon nap or an area for the kids to play in the cold A/C.
Kitchen: spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. 30 bottle wine fridge. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient.
Outdoor Living: whether you’re lounging on outside on the lawn or eating dinner at the large lanai table, the views of the sunset and of the golf course will melt away any stressors. Come enjoy this pristine setting on your relaxing vacation.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is a vacation rental complex located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay) is a 3 minute drive and is home to the Lava Lava Beach Club for fabulous beachside dining.
Parking on site is right next to the townhome. As mentioned, there are many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is even a cinema if you want to catch up on your movies after a day at the beach! Contactless checkin/checkout process.

This was an amazing score for family to stay at. Walking distance to beaches and amenities, the place was comfortable and spacious for our family of six. The host was very responsive and, beyond that, had great pointers for us to explore and enjoy our trip.

We had two families staying here with 4 kids under the age of 7. This place had a great location. The market across the street was walkable and had alol the things you would need.Many great beaches within 15 minute drive. The Hilton Day pass was also great with the Lagoon and pool with water slides.
Location was great and easy to access, close to immediate amenities, and in a secure environment. Home layout was well organized and good for sharing with extended family members. Kitchen was well stocked, and cleaning supplies and general household linens, towels, and consumables were readily available. The house and grounds were very clean and in good condition. Thanks to housekeeping staff for allowing us a short extension for check out. We hope to come back sometime in the future but will also recommend to others.
Our family travels quite a bit, especially to Hawaii. We have stayed at the Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and other Waikoloa VRBO units, but THIS ONE was our FAVORITE! It was spacious enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom, the kitchen and lanai tables were perfect for many family meals, the included Hilton passes were so fun for our kids, the golf course view was so fun for the adults, and the owner had everything already in the unit, so we hardly had to pack anything but clothes. The location was also perfect for sunset drinks at Lava Lava, dips in the pool across the street, and many trips to the King and Queen shops. The owner was also very responsive and extremely easy to work with. We had the best time at this unit and hope to go back!
The devil is in the details when it comes to a vacation rental, and this property gets them all right. From labels on the drawers and cabinets, to providing absolutely everything you need in the kitchen in abundance, to beach chairs, umbrellas, tons of towels, and everything you need for a Hawaiian vacation, the owner has you covered. Communication from the support staff when a small issue popped up was prompt and their response was immediate. 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough to describe our experience, it was simply fantastic. We'll be back.
Our family had a wonderful holiday here and Matt was a great host. We started our holiday in Kona for a few days and then joined other family members here. The house was perfect, the grounds beautiful. Very quiet and private in November. Convenient to walk to the sandy beach while the boys were diving near Kona and the shopping centres were across the street. We rented the van as well, and there were beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage and even a floatie for our toddler and insulated bags for our cold drinks. We made a few runs to Costco - the most affordable option to stock the kitchen. We tried out multiple beautiful beaches, had a day over to the lush Hilo area (Akaka and Rainbow Falls, Volcano Centre down south), and a trip to see the sunset and stars on the volcano one night.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Hawaiian 'home away from home', and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The home is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All pictures represent exactly what is offered - right down to the towels!
Location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local shopping. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a FULLY equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games, TVs, hairdryers, beach chairs etc. NOTHING I can think of that it didn't have.
The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We will definitely be returning in the future! Thank you!!
This property is exactly as described and even better in person! Above & beyond amenities in every room! Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook and we did prepare meals everyday. Pots, pans, baking pans, spices, 2 different coffeemakers, tea kettle, utensils. Bathrooms very clean, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup remover cloths, plenty of towels and all 3 bathrooms were spacious. A/C was appreciated, lanais were relaxing, chairs enough for 8 at both indoor & outdoor dining. Perfect bed configuration for our group, beds were a little too firm. Living room recliner couches were so comfortable but only allowed for 5 to sit at a time. The WBV is quiet, not a party complex. We enjoyed coffee on the lanais in the mornings listening to the birds. Noise from the golf course was minimal. A Bay beach was super close, complex pool literally a 100 step walk away. Excellent amenities included golf clubs, beach umbrellas, beach chairs & boogie boards. There was also baby equipment like stroller etc. Snorkel gear was also provided for use. There was clear and comprehensive info for every aspect of house use. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Highly recommend!
This is the perfect rental for an extended family trip. Brought 8 people and had lots of room, the van was super convenient and the owner has all the amenities you needed ti be comfortable. He had lots of good recs to make it easy to plan our trip. Will probably book again soon!
Stayed for 13 nights early February. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was excellent very close to the pool. Easy walk to Queens Marketplace. Lots of beach supplies. Would highly recommend renting this Condo. We would stay here again.
We instantly fell in love with this property. The three bedrooms provided privacy and space, the kitchen was beautifully stocked with everything a person could need including spices, small touches (chocolates, welcome sign) made us feel at home.
The beach close to the property provided magical sunsets nightly, and the pool is really close.

One of the best VRBO I stayed over the years! Everything was great and the communication was quick and smooth! One note on renting the SUV is make sure you plan out your last day with the return time of vehicle, which is the same as your check-out time.
Matt and Sara are great hosts and the on island cleaners were great as well. There were 7 of us. 2 Couples and 3 boys. The unit is well located on the island making it a good base. The house was clean and well stalked with many of the extra things that make traveling to an island easier like coolers, snorkel gear, body boards, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely stay here again when traveling to the big island.
Great location and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a beach vacation from several snorkel gears, inflatables, beach chairs, umbrellas, even a chair that converts to a wagon to carry all the stuff to oil, spices, pots and pans in the kitchen. The back porch looks over a golf field and it was absolutely peaceful and serene for morning coffees and breakfasts. The kids had their own room stocked with legos and didn’t want to stop playing. A couple of minor issues the microwave door was really hard to open and there was no body lotion in any of the bathrooms. Luckily we had packed our own. The downstairs bathroom had conditioner filled in the body wash bottle which was probably the cleaners mistake but we were able to find body wash and an empty bottle upstairs that we could use. Highly recommend this property for families visiting Big Island.
