Beautiful place to stay

The Shores at Waikoloa is one of the best places to stay in Waikoloa, because of the well-maintained landscape, large apartments and lanais. We've had a very pleasant stay there, and could walk to most places we've needed to go. The sun sets and sun rises are the best.

Wonderful condo

This was my second stay at this unit. Fantastic location close to several great beaches. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with and bbq’s are brand new. The lanai is perfect to enjoy breakfast and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Kerri is very accommodating and communicates well before and during your stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the big island.

Absolutely!. Great property and amenities. It's everything i want in a Big Island holiday. Beautiful space, located close to A Bay and Waimea. Host is responsive, but i didn't need to bother her. Give this joint a go!

Waikoloa vacation

The condo is well maintained and decorated. Excellent location. It was nice to have washing machine soap, dish washer soap and all other necessities (paper towels, shampoo) etc. nice welcome basket upon arrival. Only disappointment was that there was only one set of snorkel equipment, and not really very good at that. Would definitely recommend and return.

A Gem

This was our first trip to the island of Hawaii. The Shores at Waikaloa is truly a gem. No traffic or HVAC noise- just birds and breezes. The grounds are impeccably kept. The whole area is lovely for walking. The condo itself is very comfortable and clean. The spacious lanai was our favorite place to hang out. We loved our stay and were sad to leave.

We enjoyed our visit to the Island, and appreciate the thoughtfulness of everything that was provided for a comfortable stay. Everything from the welcome basket of fruit, beach toys, spices in the cupboard, cooking utensils, dish soap, bath soap, comfortable furniture, beds...and the list goes on. All of this in a perfect location for accessing amazing beaches. Thank you for thinking of everything! We are hoping to return again!

Ideal location, very nice condo!

This property really was in an ideal location. Not too far from the beach or stores. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything you would we need. From sandwich bags for packing up a little lunch to beach towels, snorkel equipment, and beach chairs. The king bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms nice and spacious, temperature of condo stayed very cool. Lovely patio area. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 10/10 :) We would definitely stay here again. Then you.

Waikoloa Beach Vacation

Overall, the property met expectations and was an excellent place to stay. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to shops, the beach and restaurants. And the walk is both scenic and comfortable. It is a very short drive to the golf course and to many of the surrounding amenities such as beaches, additional grocery shopping and local sites such as a Macadamia Nut factory. It is a very short drive to the airport, to Kona and to a Sr. PGA Tour Event (if you like golf) if you are visiting in January. As with all ground floor condos, you have to be cognizant and diligent when it comes to insects wanting to infiltrate your home, but the grounds crew must do a very good job because the number of insects outside were minimal compared to other places we have stayed. All in all, we had another great vacation at Waikoloa Beach Village and this time was at The Shores.

Excellent Condo

Recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the Big Island. Kerrie was great with pre-arrival messages & information. The unit was clean, located in a great gated community, close to beaches and has a very peaceful vibe. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking anything and new appliances. Bedrooms were clean, had space to put all your stuff away and comfortable beds. Two community barbecues about 200 feet from the unit were great to use and the assigned parking spot is close to the unit for moving in or out. Mahalo for the wonderful 8 nights at this beautiful place!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and the Shores. Whale watching, a luau, and toured the volcanoes. The condo is perfect, and comfortable . We hope to be back soon Lord willing.
