HILTON POOL PASS: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your holiday rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. 10% discount on spa treatments, lagoon toy and cabana rental and food at Lagoon Grill, Orchid Marketplace and Shaka Cone.  No blackout dates. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be guests of ResorticaHawaii. There are no exceptions to this policy, and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased; they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticaHawaii holiday rental properties. If a pass is lost or damaged, there is an up to $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our holiday rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our holiday rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and choices up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our holiday rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for two cars. Parking for one car in the garage and an additional car in a reserved parking stall. . Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Yes on-site at Halii Kai
Hot Tub: Yes on-site at Halii Kai
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room on-site.
Tennis Court: Tennis Court on-site on a first come, first serve basis

Halii Kai 18G is located in Building 18 at Halii Kai. . This condo has stairs leading to the front entrance/main living level. This holiday home is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday!

Halii Kai is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a half mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from Halii Kai.

All of our holiday rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, rubbish bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner, salt/pepper cling film and aluminium foil . Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby supermarkets.
