Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a reserved carport. Any additional car is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community Swimming Pool onsite.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: Community BBQ grills
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.

#23 Villa at the Shores at Waikoloa is welcoming and spacious.  With a large wrap around lanai to enjoy the outdoor and resort views.  This villa is on the 2nd floor with stairs up to the entry (there is no elevator).  This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Waikoloa Queens Marketplace Shops, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops are a mile away and are great for shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a few minutes’ drive from the Shores at Waikoloa.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

PLEASE NOTE: The Hilton Pool Pass Membership that was included with this vacation rental in previous years was not renewed for 2022.

Great location, well-stocked kitchen and beach supplies, great community and pool. Beds/pillows were of average comfort, and noise from neighboring condos was mildly disturbing some evenings. Overall satisfied with the rental but would look to stay somewhere else upon next vacation.

Wonderful!

You can see the ocean from the condo and there isn't anything blocking your view. The swimming pool is within walking distance and you are close to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful condo conveniently located. We loved the convenience of the pool, just a short walk across the street. It was nice when we arrived to have the A/C on and fans going, circulating the air. Also nice to have coffe for the first morning.

Truly Beautiful

Our family and I loved the spaciousness of this unit, We had ample space to move around comfortably. The lanai was a great spot to catch the sunset. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. And the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in on this trip. Highly recommend!!! We will be back to 23 Shores 😊

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back one day. We loved our stay at the shores in Waikoloa. The condo was very well appointed.It was nice, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden. The location was great we enjoyed the access to the Hilton for a day and a half as well as so many beautiful beaches in the area. The team was very responsive with any questions that I had throughout the entire experience.
