Lovely 2nd Floor Unit On Golf Course, Easy walk to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping

Located on the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Course, 1st fairway and green with the Petroglyph Trail and Mauna Kea as the backdrop, the second floor unit has two bedrooms with king size beds and options for separate twin beds, an open lanai and generous living space for your vacation pleasure. The high ceilings and doorways give an extra spacious feel. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines in the condo make it feel like home. A reserved parking space in shaded carport is right in front of the building. The infinity pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area make for great day and evening outdoor fun.

A quick walk to the Kings Shops and the Queens Marketplace provide lots of shopping and restaurants including Hawaiian entertainment on the outdoor stages. A great family area all around with the Marriott Hotel and Hilton Waikoloa around the corner where you can experience the Dolphin Quest and great snorkeling and swimming at Anaeho'omalu Bay (1/4 mile from our door to the beach with shops in between). Hike along the coast on the Fisherman's trail.

The great boogie boarding Hapuna Beach is just a 10 minute drive north. Bring a picnic (cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards in unit for your use) and spend a few hours playing in the warm ocean! At least 8 beaches to choose from within minutes between Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince and Mauna Kea.

Great Experience

Beautiful Golf Course View

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a very pleasant place to sit and watch golfers and also many different kinds of birds. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the prompt attention to any questions we had. There was a lot of great information provided on attractions and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this condo truly is. It was spotless upon arriving. The location is perfect with outstanding views. It was wonderful to use the pool and spa area after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The complex grounds were immaculate and so quiet at night. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the Big Island of Hawaii. Thank You for allowing my family to stay in this true gem of a property.

Quiet, clean with wonderful views.

Lovely well appointed condo. The unit is very quiet and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything one might need to be comfortable…there was a nice little goody basket for guests that included coffee and treats. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

We loved the condo and there’s everything we need for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa. They swam every day and when done they would take a quick walk to Starbucks! The condo is close to the market, gift shop and more. We definitely would recommend this place.

Fantastic Fairways

Well appointed 2nd floor home. Pool across the way, easy, & 8am aerobics Monday & Thursday. Friendly neighbors. Close to markets & restaurants, like Roy's & Lava Lava. 5 min. drive to Tommy Bahamas.And all the great beaches.

Consistently Great

My husband and I have had our third consecutive stay at this well appointed, spotlessly clean, amply supplied condo. We especially appreciated the availability of numerous beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards etc,The view of the golf course is stunning enjoying several meals on the lanai.The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, along with a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches.The owners Dick and Kathi are truly outstanding to work with, responding promptly to questions or concerns and checking in upon arrival.We highly recommend this comfortable condo and look forward to our stay at our Hawaii home away from home next year !

Wonderful condo!

We always stay at the Fairway Villas, but this particular unit was wonderful. The welcome gift was very nice to see, and the unit is well-furnished and stocked with everything you might need. We loved waking up to the views of Mauna Kea from our view and enjoyed the view while having coffee on the lanai. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed our annual family vacation to the Big Island and this comfortable residence contributed to us hanging out and having a place to eat together and hangout . We loved the Hawaiian decorations and placement of practical things to help us feel home like the hooks outside to let things dry after washing and the outdoor boogie board and snorkel and coolers were so helpful on our daily outings . We enjoyed staying at Waikoloa for the first time and this place made it convenient to walk to shave ice at the King shops and go to the beach and see turtles near by.

A good choice

This is a comfortable two-bedroom unit with a beautiful view of Mauna Kea and the golf course. The property is very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. Assigned parking is convenient and the lovely lava rock infinity pool and spa are close by. The concierge service is excellent.

Beautiful Stay

All the raving reviews are accurate. The property had everything we needed for a family of 4 and then some. It truly was a "home away from home" but my home doesn't sit on a golf course with a 15 minute drive to the beach :). This property is centrally located to food and shops. Stop searching and book this property!

Great Stay

We have had our second great stay in this condo which is very welcoming and comfortable. The unit is well stocked, especially the kitchen. All of your beach needs are available including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers etc. The owners are fantastic to deal with, checking in prior to arrival and during our stay. Very prompt response to questions. The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful especially the sunrises many mornings. We are looking forward to future stays at this property and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable condo in good location!

This condo had everything we needed. It’s walkable to so many restaurants and shopping. It is technically walkable to the beach but if you’re taking chairs and coolers and stuff it’s better to drive (which owners advised me beforehand! And I agree!!!) we were there at peak season so the pool and hot tub were always packed, but I love the fact that kids under 12 can’t go in the hot tub so we were able to sneak in for a relaxing soak briefly. Thanks for a great stay, you can’t go wrong with this nice spot and great hosts.

Comfy and all the amenities

Stayed here with two of our older-teen sons. Unit is well furnished, and nicely appointed with Hawaiian themed paintings and decor. It’s classy yet comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, condiments, and spices. The unit was spotless when we got there. Access was simple. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely rent here again!

Outstanding condo

You will love this property, as it is all you see on line and more. The condo is extremely clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the utensils and dishes that you may need. The master bed was extremely comfortable and you will sleep good. And if you enjoy a morning cup of coffee you cannot beat relaxing on the patio watching the sun come up over the golf course or having sundowners on the patio watching the last foursome of the day putt for that last birdie. This is an outstanding condo as are the owners who are very accessible and care about you having a memorable experience in Waikoloa. We will be back.

I agree with all the previous reviews. Just as it appears in photos. Fully stocked and clean. Communication was smooth. I have very specific wishes and this condo met all of them! Clean, laundry in unit, beach chairs, living room seating for 4, smart TV and comfortable outdoor seating. A different Waikoloa rental we booked had plastic chairs with staples protruding through the seats! The AC limit of 76 degrees was not an issue at all with the breezes and the fans.

Outstanding home in Waikoloa

We were a family of 4 spending two weeks in Hawaii. We wanted a week where we did nothing but eat and visit the beach. This was a really good choice. First, it was a real home. The kitchen was equipped with high-end everything, across the board, including the best waffle iron I've ever used. I'm going to buy one myself. Some condos are half-forgotten revenue generators for the owners. As you can tell from the other reviews, this this place was a real home, where people live when it's not being rented out. Furniture, carpet, kitchen, bedding, etc were in as brand-new condition as it gets. Beach access was excellent. Before we booked, I couldn't tell how busy the roads were between the condo and the beach, and it turned out to be very quiet. We walked most of the time, but the parking area is huge and free too. Get there at 8 and you can score a place under the trees. The property included all the little things like chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. I've seen a few complaints in reviews of various places around Hawaii about the AC being limited at properties to 75 to conserve electricity. I was a little apprehensive about that, but 75 was more than cool enough. We had the AC on about half the time, the rest of the time we kept the windows open and ran the ceiling fans instead.

Great Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. This condo is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach equipment, great view from the Lanai, easy walk to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, and the pool/hot tub. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This condo was a great home base to explore all Hawaii has to offer. Thank you so much!
