Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a spacious, beautiful, comfortable and convenient golf-front condominium at the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort?
Our condominium home sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus a loft configured as follows:
Master bedroom - king bed 2nd bedroom - 2 twin beds Loft - 2 twin beds
Our unit is very spacious with 1300 square feet of living space, plus a covered lanai which overlooks the Kings’ golf course and has an unobstructed view of the Kohala Mountains and Mauna Kea volcano. Our unit is quiet, as it is located on the third (top) floor, yet is easily accessible via elevator or stairs. Vaulted ceilings lend a feeling of openness and light. Beautiful bamboo hardwood flooring feels cool and smooth under your feet. There is central air-conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in each room and the loft for those tropical Hawaiian days.
Staying in our condo is a convenient alternative to staying in a hotel. You can save money by cooking at home, as little or as much as you wish (There is a Costco within 20 minutes drive). The kitchen is fully equipped! It has a smooth-top range, stainless microwave, refrigerator with in-door ice/filtered water, and dishwasher.
A full-size stacking washer/dryer is also located within the unit for your convenience.
Cable TV (living room), Wi-Fi Internet, local and (nationwide + Canada) long distance phone calls are all included. We have flat screen TV's in each room, plus loft. There is also a Bluetooth speaker in the living room. There is an (original) Wii system in the living room with some games.
Fairway Villas has a beautiful recreation center with a shaded pool deck, infinity-edge pool, hot tub, and workout facility within a one-minute walk of the unit. Guests and residents are also welcome to use the gas BBQs located adjacent to the pool.
Our unit features dramatic mountain views of the Kohala Mountains, as well as Mauna Kea. The intriguing and historic petroglyph field and King's Trail are also a one-minute walk away and can be seen from our Lanai. The world-class Beach and Kings’ courses at Waikoloa Beach are just outside! Other world-class courses are minutes away including the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince courses, and the North and South Mauna Lani courses.
Wonderful restaurants, entertainment and boutique shopping are within walking distance (5-minutes) at King's Shops. There is a Farmers Market at the Kings' Shops every Wednesday. Restaurants include Roy’s Waikoloa, A-Bay's, Foster's Kitchen, Island Fish and Chips.
Also within a 5-minute walk are the Queen's Shops. Starbucks, Sansei Seafood, Steak & Sushi Bar, Macaroni Grill and many casual dining alternatives may be found here. There is a luxury cinema, Koi ponds, much more entertainment, and plenty of shopping.
The Fairway Villas is conveniently located: -20-minute drive from Kona Airport -10-minute drive from the world famous Hapuna Beach -15-minute walk to 'A-Bay', a picturesque beach with palm trees, amazing snorkeling, lots of sea turtles and where you can schedule or take snorkel boat tours and much more -5-minute walk to the Kings' Shops and the Queens' Marketplace for world-class shopping, free entertainment and wonderful restaurants -5-minute drive from a heliport that offers tours to the volcanoes and waterfalls -Mauna Kea, Hapuna Prince, and the North/South Mauna Lani courses are also within close proximity

Everything you could possibly need, in excellent condition, plenty of room, and in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, a gas station, and the beach. Stayed in this fantastic 2 bedroom loft unit overlooking the golf course. Was an easy walk to all the amenities. We will defiantly be booking this unit again when we need to accomadate the family.
We had an amazing family vacation to the Big Island and enjoyed our condo as per usual. We’ve rented at the Fairway Villas many times and you can’t beat the location. This property has everything I need at home so I really enjoyed to stay this property with ease. I definitely recommend this wonderful condo!
This is a great place in a great location. Plenty of room for our family of five. We stay at Fairway Villas every year and the loft units are the best for keeping all the kids happy.Talked with the owner several times as we are looking to buy eventually. Great wealth of information for us. If you like to watch the golfers hitting into the green, this is the perfect place. It sits above the green and the lanai is a great place to enjoy breakfast and watch the action. Definitely recommend this unit for families and large groups.

This property was absolutely perfect for us! The access to fun shops and tasty dining was fantastic. It was all close enough that we could send our older kids over to the markets on their own, which they loved. The property is close to many incredible beaches, which we can never get enough of! The property owner was very kind and super easy to work with. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.
We came to Fairway Villa’s second time. This tine for Ironman race. Like first time, location is perfect for us. Close by beaches and services and within driving distance to Kona. This Villa type easily accommodates our family of five. Six persons would fit in well.
Apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Location was very close to markets and beach. The patio had great views of mauna kea in the morning, and if you get lucky on a clear night you can see a good bit of stars. One note was that the wifi was spotty which made it difficult to work, but otherwise we had a fantastic stay.
Nice condo in prime location with a beautiful view of golf course and mountains. Needs some minor repairs which didn't affect our stay at all. Gym and pool were great, and walking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants was a plus!
Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Loved being entertained watching the golfers from the lanai. Kitchen has all appliances and tools needed for meal and drink prep. Used the air conditioning the first evening just to get the condo cooled off, but the breezes were perfect the rest of the time.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time on the Big Island. It's a nice area and the condo is well equipped. We had some issues with the A/C as it seemed to have a mind of it's own (Nest). The TV operation is somewhat confusing as well. The owner was very responsive to questions.
Thanks! The beach supplies were on point, cooler was well needed. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with seasoning and well equipped with kitchen supplies although I didn’t get to use the kitchen much this trip. Queens market was walking distance, we survived on cheap delicious spamsubi’s 🍣. If I stay on this side of the island I recommend this home.
Great place, large enough for a family with two teens
We booked quiet, comfortably spacious and conveniently located condo because we were going to a wedding with 80 other people in Puako and wanted to be close to the wedding and the other guests, staying nearby.
The check-in was easy. We actually got to the place early and everything was ready. We were able to get the temperature to a good state very quickly and enjoy Hawaii.
The condo has loads of things like beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards and other toys for the beach.
The kitchen had lots of condiments so we didn't have to buy a lot of extras that end up going to waste.
For location, it is only a few minute walk to Queens and Kings Markets which was great for morning walks.

Relaxation Vacation - Walk to Beach and Shaved Ice!
Every morning was a burst of excitement for the day as we drank our coffee on the balcony soaking up the most beautiful sunrises breaking through the clouds alongside Mauna Kea overlooking the beautiful green golf course.
This condo is equipped with all the amenities of being home and on vacation, so much we didn't want to leave. There was plenty of room for my 2 older children, husband and parents.
Geoffrey has put a lot of thought into the decorating of the condo to make it feel like paradise. It embodies all things Hawaiian, from the paintings, furnishings, right down to the bedspreads.

Location: 10 min walk or 3 min drive to the beach. There you can rent a paddleboard or jump on a glassbottom tour or just enjoy the beautiful serene beach (or even sunsets). Plenty of sea life, we saw a manta ray swim by, fish and a turtle relaxing on the sand.
Also a 5 min walk from the condo is amazing shaved ice, delicious coffee shops (even a Starbucks, but Island Vintage Coffee was delicious) and acai bowls, as well as a general market for immediate needs.
A 25 min drive into Kona you have costco, walmart, target, all the big names.
A 10 min drive toward Waikoloa Village toward 49 Black Sand Beach, you'll find Manuelas Malasadas (some of the best we had!)
A short drive to Mountain Thunder Coffee in what is considered Cloud Forest.
Overall, if we ever revisit Big aisland, this place would be our pick time and time again!

Great place to stay with our young daughter and adult son - plenty of space for everyone! Location was very nice, we could walk to everything at the resort area but the condo was nice and quiet. We were thankful for the beach towels and beach accessories, and especially for the washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to the Big Island. Thanks!
