The Space:

Waikoloa Colony Villas 2406 is a spacious two-story townhouse designed to give families and small groups a comfortable place to relax between Big Island adventures.



The main living area features impressive 17-foot vaulted ceilings, creating an airy and open atmosphere. The living room provides plenty of space to relax together, while the home's two-story layout gives guests additional separation and privacy.



The updated kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to dinner for the group.



A private lanai extends the living space outdoors, while the upstairs balcony offers another place to enjoy the tropical surroundings.



Bedrooms



The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and accommodates up to six guests.



The guest bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower level. The primary suite is upstairs, offering a little extra privacy and separation from the rest of the home.

The Neighborhood



Waikoloa Colony Villas sits within the larger Waikoloa resort area on the sunny Kohala Coast.



ʻAnaehoʻomalu Bay, commonly called A-Bay, is nearby and offers a classic Big Island beach day with swimming, snorkeling, paddle sports, sunset walks, and nearby dining. The bay also sits alongside historic fishponds and a coastal path, adding a cultural and scenic element to the beach experience.



Golf is another major attraction, with the nearby Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf facility offering 27 holes across three nine-hole courses.



The Waikoloa resort area also offers an excellent selection of restaurants and shops. For a memorable sunset, enjoy beachfront dining at Lava Lava Beach Club. For a special dinner, Kamuela Provision Company is known for its oceanfront setting and upscale seafood and steak menu.

The Neighborhood:

The Waikoloa Beach Resort area gives you the dry, sunny side of Hawai'i Island with beaches, golf, and restaurant choices close together. Head to Anaeho'omalu Bay for sand and a swim, then stop at Kings' Shops or Queens' Marketplace for coffee, groceries, and dinner. Lava fields and old fishponds line parts of the coast, adding a sense of place beyond the resort paths. It is a useful home base for families who want easy beach days and the freedom to keep an afternoon unplanned.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is roughly 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive up the Kohala Coast. A rental car is recommended to reach beaches, restaurants, and the resort area's shops with ease. Waikoloa Beach Resort keeps some shopping and dining walkable, while nearby beaches and Waikoloa Village are a short drive. Parking is generally available in resort lots or on site at most properties.

Please note: an exterior painting project has started at Waikoloa Colony Villas and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take about two weeks to complete, with the entire property expected to take about one year. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
