Amazing!!

We absolutely loved staying at Fairway Village and have no complaints except for the parking situation. Since there was no designated parking space, we often found it difficult to find a visitor spot. There were several days where contractors took the majority of the available spots. Other than that, we loved the accommodations. The pool was really nice and the apartment itself was very cozy and comfortable.

First time in the big island

Our stay was fantastic, the property is well maintained, our kids loved the pool. Location was pretty central to everything, but you need a car. The only downside is there were a lot of little cockroaches running around the kitchen area, which is somewhat expected in tropical destinations.

Well furnished and laid out. Same layout as similar properties we have stayed in at Waikoloa.

Very nice tropical resort property. Easy walk to the beach. Negatives are no reserved parking spot and no beach toys.

Great Condo in Waikoloa Beach

We loved staying at Penthouse Condo in Waikoloa Beach! The place was spacious, pristine, and in a great location! We've stayed at a condo in the same complex, but this one exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked, and they had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, some snorkeling gear, etc...everything one needs to spend the entire day at the beach! We'd love to stay there again the next time we're in Waikoloa Beach.

Very nice home.

Excellent home and location. Management is so quick in response. We had everything we needed, only some minor things but management provided quickly. We were very happy to stay there and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Love Rentals for making our vacation perfect.

Family Fun

Great location, great views and comfortable for a week long stay with family. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a coffee grinder to grind fresh Kona coffee. Love the pool and grill area. The loft for the kids was great! One item I would ask for would be a few more beach chairs, although there is a surf shop in the Kings Shopping Center where you can rent them. Walk or drive to beach and cocktails a Lava Lava. Would absolutely stay there again. Mahalo!

Family trip to Hawaii

The condo was very nice with beautiful sunset views. The only downfall was that there was not a dedicated parking space so parking was not always easy. Also, a box of tissues would have been nice but otherwise, we had a wonderful time.

5-star apartment

Great apartment for families, conveniently accommodates 6 people in a compact place, thanks to the loft. The apartment was well equipped, all amenities you need for long term stay were provided (beach chairs & toys, kitchen and bathroom supplies, lots of spices and leftover non-perishable food items).

Great Location

The location of the property was great, it was stocked with most things we needed. The pool was wonderful, check-in was easy. Condo is a bit outdated as the carpet could be replaced along with some of the balcony furniture. The master bed was on the softer side, had no issues sleeping but if you like a firm bed it may not be that comfortable. Overall we had a good stay.

Sunsets in Paradise

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit and how well stocked the kitchen was; everything we needed to cook all our meals for a week long stay! So thankful for plenty box fans and ceiling fans to keep the air flowing and provide white noise for our night times! We used the beach chairs, beach towels, and small coolers extensively! The lanai space was so comfortable and perfect for morning coffee, and a big couch for all of us to relax with a movie every night! Nice big master bathroom with so much counter space, and extremely comfortable bed! One suggestion: just a few more dish towels please! Would DEFINITELY return!!

Perfect for us

This was our second time at this same unit and it's been perfect for us. Now that my kids are teens, it was so nice letting them walk around and shop and explore on their own. You can easily walk across the street to go sit in the ocean. It was a wonderful decompressing time.

Well kept property exceeding expectations

The the property was well maintained, clean, and had exceeded our expectations. The AC worked very well and the master and secondary beds were very comfortable. The two minor complaints we had are that the loft beds should be upgraded to more comfortable beds and it would a nice upgrade to use a a digital key for the front door lock. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a family of five.

Overall a great place and location!

Overall impression was good, carpets badly in need of a cleaning, spots all over the place. If it were me I'd replace the carpets with vinyl plank, would make a world of a difference. Patio doors/windows were not cleaned which showed up bad in afternoon sun. Other then cleaning the place was great and we would stay there again.

Spacious, roomy, clean and accommodating.

Loved the condo! Roomy, clean, up to date and cheery. Lots of linens, towels, beach toys - chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider renting this condo again! The only thing we would’ve liked to have is an assigned parking space as visitor parking was limited. Otherwise everything was great! :)

Nice unit but overpriced

The property is nice but a little tired. There is one small pool and grill area to serve many units and our unit had no grill. I guess we booked in a peak demand period, otherwise I suspect it would have been less expensive

StayCation

Great Location behind Kings Mall. My husband and I had our place all to ourselves since our friends cancelled and could not come along. Quite big for the two of us, but extremely comfortable. Be sure to check parking spots that they aren't reserved in Red. We ended up in a stall that had fall out from the tree covering the reserve on the ground, plus the painted Reserved was very very faint. Not a good way to start the trip being in the wrong parking spot. Management was very helpful in getting in touch with me to move the car. So sorry, and was very careful the rest of the trip. Lots of shops and places to eat near by, easy to go to the beach and tour around the island. Perfect spot.

Family vacation 2024

The condo was great for our family of 4 and pretty much had everything we needed for our trip. The condo is a little worn and could use some fresh interior paint and a really deep clean and organize in the kitchen. King bed was comfortable due to a thick topper but the other beds could use some upgrades. Loft carpet needs o be replaced as well. It was great to have the coolers available for use. Pool area was nice, location was great and super convenient to everything. Only one beach chair was usable so we ended up having to rent a couple for the week but having the beach towels was appreciated. Overall we thought it was an excellent value and the sunsets from the lanai were perfect!

Excellent condo with Great setting

Great location. The condo was large and very clean. It was adequately equipped, fully equipped kitchen with good appliances, dishes and cookware, 2 new beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. It could have used more beach chairs. Enjoyed the lanai and good proximity to the Kings and Queens shops, Mariott and Hilton nearby. Only one repair item identified, patio door handle required replacement and this was dealt with quickly by owner. Only other issue was that there was no reserved parking space, had to use visitor parking spaces, which filled up quickly in afternoon/evening. It was a great place to stay and we would recommend it.

Questionable Description

I had a great time on the Big Island! I suggest you place the condo location on the map as your pictures suggested a view next to the pool. This was inaccurate as the condo was located at the far end of the property. Excessive wear in the Condo. You may want to find another property manager that pays attention to detail. Lastly, when you have guest arriving you may want to turn on the ac and have the condo cool as opposed to 85 degrees coupled with high humidity. Two star rating.

I loved the property, but only ask for a few things to be updated. The guest bedroom blinds wouldn’t close so nobody could see in. Not that you want to watch tv on vacation, but the guest room had a tv with 3 remotes and nothing worked. It’s nice to unwind at the end of the day with a little bit of distraction

Great location and well stocked condo

We liked a lot about this spacious condo. The location is great…walking distance to great beach, shops and a lovely view across the golf course. Includes coolers, boards, beach chairs etc and a well stocked kitchen. The condo is getting a little worn which we can deal with. The carpets however were unacceptably dirty with staining everywhere. We really didn’t want to walk barefoot on them. Please clean them or replace with hard floors. That was most disappointing. Otherwise it was clean. The queen bed is quite hard which might appeal to some people. The king bed had a topper which helped.
