"Location and hotel was exceptional. Specially the 24 hr gym and pool made all the difference. Only 2 issue I had was booking for the luau ticket. Requested for VIP experience which was confirmed.. but when I got to the area, I was told it was not booked so created lil disappointment. And ordered food and drink by the pool, there was an automatic 15% great included, which I wouldn’t have mind paying but I had to pick up my own drink and food was packed for to go without asking and I had to pick up so, didn’t understand what the gratuity was for. But over all good"
"Everything was amazing! The room was clean and spacious! We stayed in a two bedroom on the PH floor, amazing views! The staff was friendly and helpful. Renting snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards was a breeze and Ray was kind and personable down at his little tiki hut! The restaurant was delicious, the staff there was just as good! My kids loved the pool, with its many fountains, cool bridge, waterfall and mini volcano! It was so cute. We also really enjoyed the very large hot tub, with another smaller pool and hot tub all right on the beach!
It was quiet & not overly packed. Convenient location, right across the street from Times, next to a food truck park and just down the way from the delicious Papi’s Ohana! Also on Thursdays they have local vendors selling their art & goods and do a small orientation for those new to the island or would just like to hear what they have to offer! We would definitely stay here again!"
"The property was beautiful and within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The different pools and activities are top notch, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again!"
"Our experience was excellent love the property, right by the beach, beautiful pool, big spacious suite with kitchen and to top it off breakfast buffet included.. love it!"
"I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff member that brought the score down for the hotel. I know it's one person but the front desk is the face of a hotel and should be better."
"All staff we encountered were very helpful and nice. Room was clean. We loved the small feel of this hotel. Can’t beat the location right on Napili Bay. We will be back"
"The resort was perfectly located with great beach access. We used the covered lounge chairs every day and thought they were perfect for relaxing by the water. Our room was nice and had a great view."
"We really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi the room was clean the hotel staff was very polite and kind. Definitely not a full resort but we got a good deal and I feel that it was worth what we paid."
