1. E mālama i ka hale — Take Care of the Home Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges 2. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas. 3. Mahalo for Keeping It Clean Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too. 4. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the lanai. Violators will be fined $250. Please use the designated smoking area only 5. Guests & Visitors Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings. 6. Parking Please park only in your assigned stall and send us your vehicle information Fines may apply for unauthorized parking 7. Respect the Aina — Respect the Land Please conserve water and electricity when possible. Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running. 8 . This is the perfect location. Looks small and sparsely furnished and it is, that gives you room to put your luggage and unpack! There are all kinds of kitchen appliances in the cabinets, explore, you will be surprised how well it is stocked for your stay.
Uncle Tony and Jerry were very welcoming and helpful. Our unit was amazing, clean, newly renovated, and comfortable, with a beautiful walk in shower and great kitchenette! You will not be disappointed!
Property was nice. Noise from the second floor guests was very loud. It was a bit challenging getting new towels etc. Our schedules didnt seem to mesh. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it for someone looking for reasonable rates and a comfy, safe room.

Beautiful property with around a quiet neighborhood with the convenience of a shop across the street for late night cravings , close to the city and airport, has a parking space just for you aswell, my room had a beautiful view of the mountains which i was lucky to see the sunrise at every morning, super quiet i thought it was just me staying there i definitely recommend this over a hotel :)

The only gripe i have would be the bed being a little to firm other then that nothing to complain about uncle tony is awesome and the room was beautiful
